It is already popular with guests and will be an even bigger hit during the cooler winter months at 145 On The Parade. The view from the spa
will be straight down the sand and waves of the beach to the Mollymook Beach Golf course and across to the lighthouse. The paved portion of the outdoor area is under cover and the lawn area and spa give you an opportunity to soak up the sunlight.
Premium quality Wicker cane lounge and dining suites ensure your comfort in the spacious living areas whether dining, listening to music from the Denon stereo or relaxing in front of the 76cm wide screen TV with DVD and VCR. Austar/Foxtel channels are also fitted.
Your kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Quality crockery, cutlery and glassware and a generous pantry completes the kitchen.
The large main bedroom is fitted with a quality queen size bed and reading lamps on the bedside tables. You may also wish to prop yourselves up with pillows to enjoy the 66cm widescreen TV, set-top box , DVD or VCR.
The ensuite bathroom is bright and spacious and bathrobes and bathsheets are provided.
The main bedroom is separated from the 2nd bedroom for privacy and both bedrooms are presented beautifully with quality linen.
Guests are given remote controlled access to a space in the double garage with under cover access to your front door. There is also an off-street guest’s parking bay.
